About the organisation This is a mid sized Federal Agency with a broad operational objective. About the role The Organisational Change Manager's primary role is to move the organisation and its stakeholders in a structured but customised approach from current state to future state with the least amount of anxiety and resistance. The incumbent will be responsible for authoring and co-ordinating change, communications and training activities between the project teams (business change and ICT), business stakeholders and the communications and national training & education units.

Responsibilities will include: develop and deliver promotional communication materials; develop identification and mapping of internal and external stakeholders, and a stakeholder consultation processes; develop and deliver stakeholder education/information/awareness package with associated artefacts; develop system support guidance materials; and contribute to training and education activities where required. prepare process maps, processes, standard operating procedures, forms; and develop system user guides, task cards, quick reference guides and associated artefacts. Skills and experience To be considered you must be an Australian Citizen for security clearance purposes.

Other skills important to the role include: Good knowledge of organisational change management methodologies and tools. Experience in developing and managing a comprehensive communications strategy for both internal and external stakeholders. Extensive experience with implementation of organisational and process changes relating to the introduction of new technology solutions.

Strong business acumen and understanding of organisational and behavioural issues and challenges. Experience in working with training and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop strategies and plans that result in both face-to-face and e-Learning modules.
