With a Top floor dedicated to Private Dining & Events, a Ground floor sushi bar and Basement restaurant space, KisumÃ© is a sophisticated and dynamic dining experience About the role: In partnership with a leading hospitality training provider, our unique program will allow us to tailor an apprenticeship program just for you and the career you want.
One on one training will be provided in our restaurants by industry leading culinary trainers, so no more trade school days You will also have access to some very exciting opportunities including master classes delivered by prominent Australian and international Chefs, so you get to learn from the best Throughout our apprenticeship program you will learn from many recognised and passionate chefs and learn culinary skills and techniques within one of Melbourne's most renowned restaurant groups. What we are looking for: Commitment and passion for a career as a Chef Must have completed 1st year Apprentership Ability to work as part of a team Excellent communication skills A 'can do' attitude Initiative Great presentation and grooming standards Availability to work full time including weekends and public holidays You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident to participate in an Apprenticeship Program.
