Data Driven Marketing and Insights Specialist



About Our Client Working closely with the Head of Marketing, this person will be using internal insights and analysis to develop and implement integrated reporting and feedback cycles across all projects. Job Description Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Build journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and continuously review and refine using insights and feedback from stakeholders. Commission and leverage customer research and use insights to create customer value propositions, test and learn activities and marketing activities in accordance with strategic goals.

Measure the success of marketing campaigns on critical metrics such as ROI; revise and optimize marketing campaign content and strategies as appropriate. Ensure all social media activity is legally and brand compliant. Adhere to all relevant risk and compliance obligations at all times Participate in/manage as appropriate the identification, assessment, treatment, and reporting of risks.

The Successful Applicant Tertiary qualifications in marketing, market research, or related field. Min. 7 years' marketing experience, including integrated marketing planning and implementation and management of marketing project budgets.

Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing reporting and customer insights using multiple data points and research. Demonstrated experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to map and build out customer journeys. Demonstrated experience delivering both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
