Summary As part of the Australian Investment Accounting team, this role provides a key focus on Unit Pricing, Financial Reporting and Tax operations. The Senior Business Process Analyst reviews and analyses operations procedures, and will manage processes and problems to identify areas for improved workflow or automation.
You will review workflows to evaluate effectiveness, whilst proposing system changes to improve productivity. Identify and assess skills and needs of staff to implement new system changes; and facilitate the staff's ability to cope with change through appropriate training design. Identifies impact of changes and processes on staff; facilitates acceptance of change through training and communication. Reviews documents, existing procedures, and processes and recommends where automation or improved processes can be implemented. Designs/develops new procedures when appropriate.
Investigates and identifies root causes of errors. Re-engineers processes to ensure that client needs are met and efficient processes are in place. Designs screens and reports to meet skill level needs of staff; designs forms and documents to assist and facilitate workflow.
Determines business requirements; prepares feasibility and cost effectiveness proposals. Develops management information reports regarding the operations of the area. Writes proposals for system changes and enhancements.
