Bramble & Hedge is a luxury confectionery manufacturer in Melbourne and we are looking to hire a creative and experienced Pastry Chef to lead and inspire our growing kitchen team. Bramble & Hedge offers the successful applicant an amazing opportunity to join a fast growing business and to work as part of a collaborative team. POSITION REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES You will need 2-3 years experience in managing a kitchen Genuine passion to lead and inspire your team to produce exceptional products consistantly and to the highest standard Experience in working with chocolate a plus Lead your team to collaborate on the developement of new products using the finest ingredients available both locally and further a field Strong communication skills, thrive on working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Take pride in creating a strong team with exceptional work ethic and great culture within Bramble & Hedge Responsible for the production line and quality control at all times Responsible for the kitchen and equipement maintainance Must have an ability to assume responsibility, have excellent time management and work autonomously Basic computer skills a plus - MS Office Food safety compliant Have knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures Applicants must have full working rights in Victoria, Australia.
