Opportunity for Experienced Foreman Commercial Construction Projects $10 - $20mil Jonathonbuildingcareers.com.au The Company Our client have been operating nationally with a fresh and energetic team focused on commercial new build, refurb and fitout for the last few years.

Due to growth in the Victorian market a role has become available for a Site Manager to join their busy team. The Role Working alongside the Project Manager, this role will be responsible for running all subcontractors on commercial projects in Melbourne and regional Victoria areas over $10mil. You will have: To be successful in this role you will have proven experience on new build projects over $10mil from ground up.

You will need the ability to run and manage an efficient team of foreman and trade staff. You will also require: Tertiary qualifications across a relevant construction discipline or relevant experience Ability to manage trade schedules and programme Ensure that all OHS requirements are always met on site Work efficiently towards project milestone deadlines Timely procurement of materials and equipment Why work here?
