Purpose of the role The Business Services group provides a broad range of administrative services to the firm including , document production (copy/print/scan), mail, couriers, fax and stationery. Job description A fantastic opportunity exists in our Corporate Services team for a full time Office Services Assistant. This role would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in a high volume roles, such as a contact centre, and is looking for a challenge.

In this role, you will contribute a high level of service through undertaking a broad range of responsibilities which will include the following: carrying out all printing, photocopying, scanning and finishing (e.g. binding, laminating etc.

) of all documents forwarded to the document production centre electronic document modification performing or organising internal trolley deliveries and collections including the transport of documents, briefs and equipment receiving and booking of all outgoing couriers accurately sorting, scanning and delivering of incoming mail More about you We expect you to have: strong communication skills and a strong customer service orientation an ability and willingness to undertake physically taxing and mobile work a high level of initiative and strong prioritisation skills strong attention to detail strong interpersonal skills and a team player Bonus points for someone who has: experience within a corporate environment worked in a high volume role, such as a contact centre worked in a mail-room environment Who we are We embrace flexibility and empower all our people to learn, grow and become truly extraordinary.
