This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Strata Management Company with a strong reputation for providing excellent customer service and enhance community living. They are now seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join their team based in Sydney's Hills District. As the Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 70 buildings.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Strata Management Industry as well as having a Certificate of Registration for Strata is essential. With strong experience in the strata management industry, you should have an understanding of current strata law, with industry specific qualifications being of benefit. Above all, you will be a proactive, passionate and hardworking Strata Manager who has confidence in your own ability and have an emphasis on providing a customer focused strata service.

You should also have previous line management experience and be capable of working in team environments. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Managing and maintaining the Strata Management Portfolio in accordance with Company policies Solid understanding of relevant legislations and procedures including but not limited to the Strata Schemes Management Act, etc Day to day management of circa 70 strata schemes Communicating with Owners Corporation and BMC's where required as well as distribution of keys to tenants, contractors and owners Obtain quotes from various contractors where required and have the ability to retain and relay technical information to owner's corporations during meetings Prepare, attend and run AGM's as required Preparation of annual budgets as well as organizing of appropriate insurance Assisting with any other duties as requested Qualifications & experience: Certificate of Registration in Strata Management Previous experience in the Strata Management whilst managing a portfolio of approximately 70 buildings Ability to deal with a range of stakeholders and maintain professionalism in order to sustain long term relationships Exceptional organisational and time management skills Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills This is a permanent full time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and growing organisation who offer challenging work and the potential for career progression.
