Facility Manager - Aged Care Industry



Well regarded as a provider of premium aged care living services in Queensland, this organisation invites a capable and commercially savvy Facility Manager to oversee the delivery of care services to residents of its multi-stream facility on the Southern Downs. In what is a significant period of change for this facility, this 12 month contract will require a Facility Manager  with critical leadership skills and an organised management style to guide and support the team and maintain smooth delivery of services to residents in a peaceful and calm atmosphere. As the preferred applicant for this role, you will be an AHPRA registered professional with experience in leading and/or supporting the day to day needs of care teams in a residential, retirement or similar care environment.

That experience will be complimented by a broad working knowledge of Aged Care legislation, exposure to the process of ACFI, and hands-on understanding of how to handle day to day financial, HR and administration management matters within a residential facility. This is a valuable opportunity for a health professional wishing to consolidate their management skills and business knowledge in an environment poised. for positive change.
