You will come from a Helpdesk/Application Support Analyst role and will ideally have experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and can bring these skills to the role.
The role: You will work in a new open plan office interacting with international team members supporting the business applications daily. Your main focus will be MS Dynamics CRM but will also be required to learn howto support other various applications and technologies. They offer a relaxed and friendly working environment and a mindset that encourages a good work / life balance.
Public transport is also at the company's door step so travel to and from work is made easy. To be successful in obtaining this position you have: 2 years Helpdesk Support Experience OR 1 years as a Junior Application Support Analyst Background working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Excellent problem solving skills Great phone manner & communication skills Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business/Commerce or Accounting Experience as a CRM Super User in Administration role also great (Accounting skills & Mandarin Speaking a bonus) This is an incredible role within a growing company where you can make a difference and directly contribute to their already notable success.
