IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE come from an implementation background working in the Fintech or ERP space, preferably in web based applications, well versed in B2B environments and able to walk the talk with clients. You will be responsible for engaging, training customers and be their first point of contact to ensure first class delivery of their flagship product. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for liaising with sales, account management team as the key technical support contact for their customers.
As the conduit between their back office, technical and front office teams, you will be a key collaborator and support to not only customers, but internal teams too, ensuring the value proposition of each of product is demonstrated at every opportunity. Working closely with the Pre-Sales Manager the Solution Specialist will additionally have opportunities to participate in customer demonstrations providing key technical expertise and know-how on their product suite. You will thrive in environment that encourages collaboration with technical and sales teams and you will be given training to be the subject matter expert on the FX platform.
Key Skills & Responsibilities for the role includes: 2nd line support to internal/external users with their Online trading platform Support for Front End applications, browser configurations and web issues Providing integration issues, troubleshoot and solve technical problems Product configuration, implementation & post implementation support Providing clients & sales executives with business & technical product advice & training Providing support & input to RFI/ RFP response & proposals Participating as the lead in product implementations on client sites Test Payments for new clients Escalate 3rd level tech support to the appropriate team Identify hardware, software internal client or company issue Provide insight as to functional improvements working and needed.
