Locations TWO in the CBD One in Western Suburbs Have you been at the forefront of supporting internal users using Microsoft systems and working with any technology that is outdated, want to work with the latest products/ KIT from Microsoft etc in a corporate environment Do you want to work for a company that invests heavily in its people, has a very strong technical management that competes with the biggest Manage Services players in the Australian Market? This is a reputable Company showing excellent national growth, looking for a couple of hungry IT Support Analyst due to internal promotion and up-skilling. The opportunity requires a motivated IT Technical Support Analyst, with at least 2-5 years experience, mixed with good Technical Knowledge and a desire to grow. How do you get this Job? To be successful in obtaining this Technical Support position you will have a minimum 2-3 years experience working in Desktop and Support Analyst Teams, have a strong Ability to resolve technical problems quickly, Great Communication Abilities and ideally Solid Desktop Support experience previously.

Technology Skill Required Progressive, practical experience providing technical support and expertise Windows Server 2008 - 2012/2016 R2 XP, Office 365 & All Wintel Technologies. Experience with Remote Desktop Support. Any Certifications will be regarded favourably.

(IT, MCIPT, MCSE, MCP, CCNA qualification(s) Network - Routing, Switching,(Cisco or HP) Virtualisation - VMware, Citrix or Hyper-V Active Directory Excellent phone manner & rapport building Ability to resolve technical problems quickly The ability to manage multiple task Windows / Server / Desktop / laptop / remote access experience required IT Certification IV or equivalent desirable ITIL interest ideal (learn new skills/processes) Virtualisation & Storage Knowledge (Highly regarded) KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY EXPECTATIONS: Highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills including proven ability to: Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders. Demonstrated capacity to manage competing priorities under pressure and tight deadlines. High-level proficiency in Systems & network infrastructure and multiple operating systems.
