Warehouse Manager â€¢ Bond & General â€¢ State-Of-The-Art Facility â€¢ Key Team Leadership Role â€¢ Senior Package An intermodal freight leader, our client operates a large and technically-advanced port facility in Melbourne . Reporting to the General Manager, Operations, this key role involves leadership of the motivated team which co-ordinates a high volume of container packing and unpacking and meets all requirements of clients for goods moving into and out of the warehouse under Customs or AQIS control, including all relevant reporting to those agencies. Maximas CFS/Warehouse is used to provide information to all stakeholders.
You should have a minimum of HSC qualifications together with a trade certificate and/or evidence of supervisory skill in an industrial environment. You must be able to manage warehouse labour, including shifts and rotations. A forklift licence is desirable and solid warehouse management experience is essential, including current experience managing a high volume Customs/AQIS facility.
Proficiency with MS Office is required and experience with Maximas an advantage. Well developed organisational, analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills will be recognised with a very competitive package of salary and benefits.
