This role will see you managing a tidy portfolio of only 150 properties in an end to end capacity using the Macpro, RP Office system ( You will be trained ). With full support of a Leasing Consultant & Assistant you will have plenty of time to ensure that this portfolio is well maintained. We are seeking a highly capable candidate with experience who loves what they do, clearly with excellent communication and presentation skills.

One who gains great enjoyment from interacting with clients and who has excellent trouble shooting / solutions & organisational skills. As the Property Manager your role will include: • Managing a portfolio of 150 • Complete management of tenants/landlords • Attending VCAT if and when required • Organising repairs & maintenance The successful candidate will be: • Bright and happy Property Manager who embraces modern Property Management systems & procedures • A glass half full & friendly person with a strong customer service focus • Able to work both in a team environment & autonomously and lead from the front • Love the industry and have a great sense of humour • Professional communication and presentation • First class time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills • A proactive Property Management style with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
