We are offering a number of existing and potential opportunities in Melbourne, Canberra and Adelaide for the right people to implement projects and deliver a range of learning services to support these future learning initiatives. Positions in Defence Learning are available in a range of areas, including implementation of learning support systems and collaboration tools, administration of instructor led training programs, strategic learning advice, communication and engagement, learning analysis and evaluation, as well as design and development of creative learning solutions. To be considered you will be able to demonstrate a keen interest for working in a learning environment, as well as skills or experience in one or more of the following areas: High level service orientation, collaboration, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Strong people management skills and experience. Ability to deliver projects/programs within designated timeframes. Contemporary design and development skills - such as in human centered or instructional design, videography, animation, VR, AR, gamified or e-learning solutions.
