Marketing Campaign Manager

We have an opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to be a driving force for our Retail Marketing strategy, focusing on a positive customer experience and delivering business outcomes. You will need to partner with key stakeholders, including the wider marketing team, centre management teams and external partners to design and implement regional and local campaigns, as well as create a strong customer experience strategy aligned to the overarching marketing strategy. This is a full-time permanent role, with the opportunity to be flexible, based in our Sydney Head Office.

Key Responsibilities Implement strategic marketing plans at a local and regional level Work with the centre based teams to design customer experience campaigns aligned to the overall strategy Drive the Stockland brand and provision content for marketing communications Identify key sponsorship and networking opportunities, within the local community Manage costs and forecasts Develop and foster key relationships with agency partners and internal teams About You Your ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver maximum return on investment will be key to your success. As well as this you will have: A track record of success in a marketing capacity, with demonstrated experience in campaign management A strategic mind-set with the ability to adapt the national strategy at a local level Strong commercial acumen, ability to work with budgets and forecast Ability to translate market research into marketing strategies, a solid understanding of the local community and retailer needs Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-task team environment Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders Previous campaign and marketing experience within a retail or property environment would be highly desirable.
