HR Business Partner

Make an Impact An exciting 12-month contract opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to take the lead in a critical project for our Early Learning service stream. You will have demonstrated success in change management projects and thrive in a shifting environment whilst delivering key results.
You will play a pivotal role in driving engagement and managing relationships. You will be a confident and resilient HR practitioner with solid IR and change management expertise who can successfully foster working relationships with key stakeholders. This role will provide variety to your days and no day will be mundane.
You will liaise with Directors of Early Learning centres, employees and internal business support teams. You will report to our HR Business Manager and work closely with them in ensuring delivery hits project milestones, and developing strategies to address any high value issues. This position will be based at North Parramatta with regular visits to our Pitt Street office, however you will find that you are often on the road visiting your stakeholders across NSW.
To be successful in this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following: Tertiary qualifications in HR or demonstrated equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in generalist HR functions A demonstrated passion for social change and contributing to an organisation of influence for the most disadvantaged Demonstrated experience working in a project based environment and ensuring successful delivery against strict deadlines Strong grasp of Industrial Relations, particularly in regards to interpreting Enterprise Agreements Change management experience is highly beneficial Excellent relationship building and influencing skills Strong knowledge of Generalist HR best practice Abilities in navigating complex organisations About Uniting.
