This is your opportunity to join us in a sales role where you will truly be making a difference. As the Associate Territory Manager, your role will involve: Working with the Territory Manager to conduct activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers. This is done through negotiation, customer focus and education Being present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of Stryker products, and assist to provide technical expertise to registrars, nurses and other personnel as required This role is designed to give you the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of our products, surgical techniques and of the hospital and theatre environment.
Candidates are typically in this role for 12-18 months before progressing into a Territory Manager role. As the successful candidate, you will either have: A background of exemplary sales success in the pharmaceutical or a non-related industry, or have a strong clinical background as a nurse or allied health professional Strong commercial acumen and love the challenge of the â€˜thrill of the chaseâ€™ With a team in excess of 350 employees locally and 23,000 globally, Stryker has a strong presence in all capital cities across Australia and New Zealand.
