As part of the Surgical team, you will join a group of dedicated and extraordinarily talented individuals to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies and tactics for the Intraocular Lenses (IOL) portfolio. This is a significant portfolio that offers an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced and dedicated device marketer.
Responsibilities include: - Marketing analytics to generate a deeper understanding of the customer, brand and market, and effectively develop and apply analytical tools to make informed decisions to drive actionable and meaningful results. - Create and implement the brand & portfolio strategy to develop impactful portfolio and brand plans which deliver on key metrics. - Create and implement brand positioning and message management to drive demand and build loyalty.
- Marketing and sales alignment to drive business results. Minimum requirements â€¢Bachelorâ€™s degree in Marketing or Commerce â€¢Preferred: MBA Minimum/Essential: â€¢At least 3 yearsâ€™ experience in marketing and/or business roles, preferably in related industries. â€¢Proven experience working in sales or working closely with a sales team to deliver on operational objectives.
â€¢Strategic thinker with ability to develop a long term (3-5 year) plan to deliver on sales and share objectives. â€¢Strong communicator with good skills working cross functionally, in particular leading teams without direct authority to accomplish brand objectives. â€¢Results driven with a proven track record of consistently over delivering on targets.
â€¢Excellent presence with key customers and surgeons, ability to quickly develop rapport and win respect of key opinion leaders. Preferred: â€¢Strong leadership potential â€¢Strong technical/clinical understanding of the eye and ideally the ophthalmic surgical business..
