As part of the Surgical team, you will join a group of dedicated and extraordinarily talented individuals to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies and tactics for the Cataract and Vitreoretinal Equipment portfolio. Forming the backbone of our surgical business this portfolio of market leading technologies offers a vast opportunity for an experiences and dedicated capital equipment marketer.

Responsibilities include: - Marketing analytics to generate a deeper understanding of the customer, brand and market, and effectively develop and apply analytical tools to make informed decisions to drive actionable and meaningful results. - Create and implement the brand & portfolio strategy to develop impactful portfolio and brand plans which deliver on key metrics. - Create and implement brand positioning and message management to drive demand and build loyalty.

- Marketing and sales alignment to drive business results. Minimum requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Commerce, MBA preferred -At least 3 years’ experience in a product management role, preferably in a related industry and capital equipment. -Proven experience working in sales or working closely with a sales team to deliver on operational objectives.

-Strategic thinker with ability to develop a long term (3-5 year) plan to deliver on sales and share objectives. -Strong communicator with the ability to effectively work cross functionally, in particular leading teams without direct authority to accomplish brand objectives. -Results driven with a proven track record of consistently over delivering on targets.

-Excellent presence with key customers and surgeons, ability to quickly develop rapport and win respect of key opinion leaders. -Excellent presentation & communication skills.
