Key Accountabilities include: - Responsible for acquisition, growth and retention of customers in allocated territory - Responsible for developing and understanding customer needs through tailoring and delivering a business strategy to meet these needs within Sandoz’ value proposition - Provide Best-In-Class service to customers - Responsible for efficient territory management through administrative reports, resources and information available through CRM and use of Marketing products - Achieves high knowledge level of Sandoz portfolio and value proposition (key element in establishing credibility in the eyes of the customer) - Develops high level of communication skills (presentation, trade show, probing, objection handling, closing) highlighting company product and service capabilities in a planned strategy to develop profitable business - Communicate regularly with direct line of management/mentors Minimum requirements - Degree in Business or equivalent in relevant business experience - Minimum 2 years retail selling experience - Demonstrated achievement in business-to-business selling - Demonstrated ability to manage territories (targeting, profiling, productive frequency, call planning, business planning) - Pharmaceutical or FMCG experience preferred.
