Job ID 211623BR Position Title Account Specialist Xolair CSU NSW & QLD Division PHARMA Business Unit AMAC Country Australia Work Location Sydney Company/Legal Entity AU Pharma Pty Ltd Functional Area Sales Therapeutic/Disease Area Immunology & Dermatology Job Type Full Time Employment Type Regular Job Description â€¢ Launch and maximize sales of Xolair in CSU through promoting and setting up referral networks in key Dermatology and Immunology centers in NSW north and QLD. â€¢ Responsibility for developing the maximum sales of Xolair in NSW North and QLD through full coverage of all contacts and by becoming a value-added partner to the health care professionals. â€¢ These will include dermatologists, immunologists, nurses, associated HCP, hospital and clinical staff and pharmacists.
â€¢ Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop centers of excellence and establish referral networks to maximize CSU patient outcomes. â€¢ Deliver superior sales presentations to customers by fully planning each call with specific objectives; maintaining the customerâ€™s interest; overcoming objections positively; reframing product features into customer benefits and the competent use of relevant literature. â€¢ Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, company developments, customers, and competitors.
â€¢ This will also include a full and complete knowledge of the product information and relevant clinical papers, and clinical developments within the therapeutic area. â€¢ Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all weekly reports, maintenance of territory records, handling of enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures. â€¢ Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team goals.
â€¢ Ensure the prompt transmission of relevant information for the healthcare professionals back to either the Marketing or Clinical Research departments. â€¢ Ensure the prompt reporting of adverse events to the regulatory department in accordance with company procedures. Be aware of the content and the application of the Medicines Australiaâ€™s Code of Conduct regarding representative activity.
Minimum requirements Tertiary qualified English 2 â€“ 5 years sales experience as a hospital specialist sales representative or should have achieved consistently outstanding performance in the position of a primary care sales representative with 2-5yrs plus experience..
