Job ID 211625BR Position Title Product Manager, Xolair Division PHARMA Business Unit AMAC Country Australia Work Location Sydney Company/Legal Entity AU Pharma Pty Ltd Functional Area Marketing Therapeutic/Disease Area Immunology & Dermatology Job Type Full Time Employment Type Regular Job Description • Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategic and operational plans that optimise launch of Xolair in CSU whilst delivering optimal patient outcomes. • Develop market strategy and tactical plans and product sales forecasts, manage costs, partnerships, divestments, asset maximazation and ensure key tracking measures are in place. • Identifies country-specific insights using market research, competitive intelligence, and understanding of disease areas and patient priorities.

• Prioritises appropriate targeting, positioning and messaging across all customer segments for promoted brands. • Optimises channel/promotional mix for individual brand through appropriate resource allocation that meets brand objectives and customer needs. • Creates and delivers operational plans appropriate to life cycle of brand to optimise return for Novartis with both internal and external stakeholders/companies (Sandoz, etc.

) • Executes medical expert development programs. • Leads development and delivery of key promotional campaign materials from insights to review, production and implementation. • Constantly monitoring inventory levels held at central and interstate warehouses including liaison with production (locally and globally) to ensure supply timelines • Manages brand finance and budgets, including appropriate management of brand resources.

• Drives consistent execution of product strategy throughout Marketing, Sales, Managed Markets/Market Access, Medical and SciOps using appropriate KPIs. • Manages effective agency partnerships & explores new channel brand delivery strategies and pilots to maximize potential and ROI. • Monitors business performance and external environment via appropriate tools and takes corrective action as required to meet business objectives.

• Acts as brand champion to create focus and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies. • Responsible for providing the field force with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant clinical papers.

• Close liaison with the field force to assess the response to and suitability of current promotional material and to ensure that the printed promotional material is being used optimally. • Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products. • Ensure accountability and compliance with POP & Website processes.
