Job ID 211798BR Position Title Contracts & Tenders Coordinator, Part time 0.6, 6 month contract Division PHARMA Business Unit AMAC Country Australia Work Location Sydney Company/Legal Entity AU Pharma Pty Ltd Functional Area Sales Job Type Part Time Employment Type Temporary Job Description To proactively manage all contracts across Novartis Pharma including tenders and other commercial contracts To become reference point for the organisation keeping abreast of and advising on legislation, regulations and policies associated with Novartis commercial agreements including those related to state and national tender boards, hospital networks and others. Responsible for ensuring the Novartis Contracts and Tender performance and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) approval framework is executed at a level of excellence Responsible for ensuring negotiated contracts are clearly communicated to ensure they are consistently understood and applied Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with tender boards Complete all associated submissions (private and state tenders) as required by the tender boards and review tender documents ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and delivery of products and services Develop and coordinate an efficient tender’s process in line with all legal and compliance requirements while always achieving the best commercial outcome for the business Analyse contracts and clauses; negotiating variations to agreements as required Point of contact for the business on Australian private and public healthcare systems (including associated laws, acts and programs) relevant for tenders and applicable BD opportunities Assisting the Business units to understand and manage their commercial contracts with third parties, including the meeting of contract deliverables, milestones and key performance indicators Drafting contractual documentation as required for commercial deals in consultation with the legal department Monitoring and reporting on the management of tenders and contracts Recommending systems and processes to ensure the efficient management of tenders and contracts To build and maintain relationships with the State and National Tender Authorities and provide them with monthly and quarterly reports on contracted products and customers.

Manage the price agreement notification process to wholesalers Recommend systems and processes to ensure the efficient management of tenders and contracts; including maintaining a database / tracker for the monitoring, analysing and reporting on tenders and contracts. Provide recommendations to PEC on portfolio management Develop CRM based activity reports REPORTING Ensure quality systems are in place to support excellent financial practice and reporting Maintain Strategic Accounts database & data integrity in relation to products, pricing and rebates for all customers & wholesalers Providing financial management information / reporting for decision support for rebates, contracts and t.
