Applications Specialist - MI Career Level Experienced Function Services Function Segment Applications Location(s) Where Opening Is Available Australia City Melbourne Postal Code 4300 Relocation Assistance No Role Summary/Purpose The MI Applications Specialist is responsible for providing the formal technical and clinical support during the sales process within Australia & New Zealand.
Responsibilities may include: training and/or customer service activities. providing the required pre-sale product demonstrations/educational sessions (or clinical trial support) as well as post-installation applications training and support. ongoing post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support.
Essential Responsibilities â€¢ Providing expertise anywhere from product demonstrations, to implementation and on-going support. â€¢ Developing, coordinating and delivering product training to customers and build solid customer relationships. â€¢ Become recognized expert in product/clinical technical competencies, answer a wide range of questions concerning software and clinical applications.
â€¢ Producing well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs. â€¢ Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies â€¢ Improve customer satisfaction and install base retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customer â€¢ Support trade shows and professional conferences with educational training Qualifications/Requirements â€¢ Bachelor of Applied Science in Nuclear Medicine â€¢ EPA licenses S14, IA 27, IA16 or IA16D or equivalent. â€¢ Current AHPRA registration â€¢ Demonstrated skills in clinical PET/Hybrid CT scanning on current products / platforms.
â€¢ A clear thinker with the ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems. â€¢ Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. â€¢ Ability to work in a team environment.
