HR Coordinator



This well-established not for profit company is continuing to grow year on year. Their HR team are a vital support to the business in attracting and retaining outstanding people for the long term. This busy HR role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills and further your experience.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will include; Provide general HR support to the team Phone screening potential employee's and organising interviews Prepare employee contracts and on boarding documentation Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports Ensure all HR and compliance documentation is up to date and accurate The successful person for this role will have the passion and drive to deliver HR support and be responsible for the Recruitment process. You should be organized and able to meet tight deadlines. We would like to see you have experience within a similar role and possess the ability to be confident when dealing with a broad range of stakeholders.

Due to the fluid nature of this business during their continued growth, we need someone who is positive, has a hands-on approach to work and a can-do attitude.
