What will your typical day look like? No two days will be the same as you engage with lead engagement Partners, legal practitioners and other stakeholders involved in complex deals and engagements. As a trusted advisor to the business, your major focus will be to identify risk and devise strategies support risk mitigation of these across the engagement and contract life-cycle from inception to completion.
You will have the opportunity to bring innovative ideas to quality and risk management, challenging the status quo and refining commercial positions for your stakeholders, while empowering them to become more risk intelligent. The role provides an opportunity to demonstrate leadership potential and requires the individual to support/develop more junior members of the team. About the team The Consulting Quality and Risk team are a dedicated and respected group of commercially minded individuals.
We have extensive experience guiding the delivery of large transformational technology based engagements and facilitating the launch of new products and solutions to market. Supporting our highly regarded Consulting team nationally, we work closely alongside the Partners to assist them to develop opportunities, win work and deliver value. In order to start making an immediate impact, you will ideally have at least 6 yearsâ€™ experience in a similar role, ideally within a professional services environment. You will also have: Experience supporting big deals, bid responses and commercial negotiations Knowledge of legal and commercial terminology Strong communication and negotiation skills A strategic and commercial mindset An ability to build trusted client relationships with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated experience in identifying, managing and monitoring risks in a real time delivery environment Strong teaming skills Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as stakeholder management Strong time management and an ability to prioritise competing demands Experience user of Microsoft desktop applications (e.g.
PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint) A passion for working with clients, engaging in practical problem solving, recognising risk and identifying quality deliverables Experience of large scale complex technology delivery which is an advantage, but not essential Why Deloitte?
