The Team Leader is responsible for providing support to the Manager in the day to day operations of the site and ensuring the activities of the team meet KPI’s. This role will be responsible for providing support to the team and assisting to maintain staff moral and motivation when dealing with a high volume of clients. This role will be responsible for maintaining required targeted outcomes and managing performance levels and implementing continuous Improvement initiatives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

Leading and managing the team to achieve KPIs and targets Ensuring contractual obligations and requirements are met Providing ongoing support to staff to ensure performance expectations are met Mentoring team members working with clients to set and achieve their employment goals Business development, cold calling, reverse marketing and effectively place clients into sustainable employment Qualifications A Qualification in Business or Marketing will be desirable Have a current Working with Children Check (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain Key Skills/Attributes Demonstrated experience in working in a similar role Previous experience in employment services Proven experience in leading and managing a high performing team A solid background in employer and community engagement An understanding of labour market trends and skills shortages Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders Computer skills – Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Diversity and Inclusion At MAX Solutions we welcome employees from diverse backgrounds and aim to create a work environment where Employee differences such as gender, age, culture, disability and religion are valued.
