Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced people to the position of Nurse Manager - Workforce. This position implements and evaluates WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Nursing & Midwifery recruitment programs. It also coordinates and promotes WACHS nursing & midwifery workforce initiatives with NurseWest, recruitment agencies and other area health services, as well as provides a consultancy service, monitors & reports on nursing workload indicators within and external to WACHS.
