The Role This national position is responsible for customer acquisition activities within the medium sized B2B market. You will be part of a small elite team of Senior Business Development Managers.

Your time will be invested exclusively in targeting opportunities within a variety of proven sectors, including; transportation, construction, electricity, gas etc. Many of these types of opportunities require patience & a deep understanding of the customers requirements enabling you to win the business. Once initial success is achieved in the position, the opportunity to grow the team & vertical is there.

You The successful candidate is a high-level sales executive who has proven long sales cycle experience. Your exceptional communication and investigative skills enable you to have a deeper level of commercial conversation with your clients that place you in the position of a trusted advisor. You have the ability to challenge your clients in the way they do things to have them consider new and innovative possibilities, steering the conversation to a place where you can educate your client.

You have a high level of commercial intellect and a strong aptitude for numbers. Decidedly driven and motivated, you have the resilience it takes to be successful in an environment with longer sales cycles where a volume of pipeline needs to be managed in order to thrive. You have high energy; you’re dynamic and adaptable to change.
