Our client is searching for an experienced Administration Manager to join their multidisciplinary practice based in Sydney, covering the full spectrum of architectural and design engineering services across the industry. Sectors where they have received numerous accolades include: Commercial Multi-Unit Residential Mixed-Use Hospitality Minimum Qualifications: Admin, Accounts Qualification or Experience High-level computer skills including word processing skills on Word, Excel & email Responsibilities / Duties: Working directly for and under the supervision of the Managing Director he/she will be required to perform the following tasks; Assist to develop and implement IMS office policies and procedures Review and approve office supply requisitions Liaise with other company offices as related to office administration Update organizational memberships including airline and other supplier rewards programs. Oversee the maintenance and supplies for office equipment Manage archive records according to retention schedules and policies Management and Implementation of office systems upgrades, updated office layouts and equipment and procurement.

Management and renewals of company insurances High level management and liaison with IT services provider Assist with administration of Time tracker Human Resources Manage and administer general human resources requirements for all company staff Develop, maintain and promote the company Employer of Choice branding, collateral and initiatives. Oversee the placement of advertisements for new staff Management and liaison of all recruitment agencies Develop, manage and maintain the company website Careers Page Coordinate careers activities on LinkedIn and Facebook Preparation of new staff contracts and associated paperwork Assist with visa applications and processing Oversee the induction of new employees into the company Oversee the exit of employees out of the company, including undertaking exit interviews where appropriate Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure Manage staff leave and planning Assist with documentation and resolution of staff grievances and complaints Administration Staff (Receptionist) Supervise office receptionist and or junior administration staff Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions if required Evaluate administration staff performance Assist to recruit and select office administration staff Receptionist relief duties at the front desk at lunch time.
