For this role, we are looking for a highly professional individual whose role will include: contact with a range of clients, including preparing of complex tax returns, responding to client queries and providing appropriate taxation advice and advisory work for individuals, companies, trusts and partnerships. Key Skills and Requirements: Ideally you will be CA / CPA qualified or undertaking these qualifications and you  must have 3  years&39; Australian  experience as a professional Accountant (PLEASE NOTE; applicants without this minimum Australian experience will not be considered). You will enjoy working in a supportive team environment and must possess outstanding communication skills as you will be liaising extensively with clients.

To be considered for the role you will require the following: Mandatory to this role is the ability to prepare financial statements and all taxation returns to completion. Ability to complete the required tax reporting in a timely manner and evaluate financial performance by gathering, analysing, summarising, and interpreting data.  The ability to perform reconciliations of accounts.

  A thorough understanding of business legal and statutory regulations. Ability to demonstrate extensive knowledge of general accounting principles. Experienced in general ledger reconciliations, preparing accruals and investigating variances, as well as FBT and other tax returns Proven ability to provide financial input and reports to management XERO or MYOB experience is essential.

MS Office skills essential CP Balance HR have multiple opportunities available for mature-minded Accountants who are looking for ‘flexible work’ options. We work in partnership with CP Personnel, but CP Balance HR work only with candidates with over 2 years experience in Accounting, HR, or high level Administration work..
