Business System Administrator
As the Business System Administrator (myHR) you will support employees and managers with the myHR workflow solution through the provision of advice and expertise in relation to the forms workflow system and local business processes and practices. You will be a local business super user and will provide first level support and triaging for all forms workflow issues. You will be a central contact point for Payroll Portfolio in relation to forms workflow queries and support.
You will take responsibility for Providing accurate and timely advice and guidance regarding workflow administration within the myHR system. Identifying and document local system related business requirements, business processes and business Rules. Providing new starter myHR training and refresher training for employees and line manager users as required.
Administering, managing and troubleshooting workflow controls and escalations in myHR. Maintaining a local super user network Requirements for the role Whilst not mandatory, a relevant tertiary qualification would be desirable. Knowledge or experience in SAP HR would be highly desirable If deemed suitable, your details will remain in the Business System Administrator talent pool and you may be contacted further by GCHHS if an opportunity arises matching your skills and experience.
