Now an opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Manager to promote the brand and the technology in Australia. The Role This national position is responsible for Pre-Sales for this Identity & Access Management organisation.

The Solution Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that any roadblocks are removed throughout the sales process and will assist with customer set-up's running smoothly. You’ll have the ambition to grow and put your stamp on this thriving market within the Australian market. You'll play an integral part in the growth of the company, responsible for all technical aspects of this part of the business.

Key responsibilities: Provide high level technical assistance to the sales team including general product education. Make technical presentations, particularly demonstrating how the product would meet the client’s needs/solve the client’s issues. Design and communicate how the product can be configured to meet the client’s requirements; Working with the team, support the requirements gathering and testing phase/process of new releases and internal product updates, representing the clients’ view.

Work with the servicing, operations and Implementation teams where necessary to troubleshoot escalated client technical issues. You will also have: Extensive experience, within software sales engineering/pre-sales consulting. Experience across technical product management, business analysis or technical implementation projects The ability to write functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements Experience with supporting sales teams and the end to end sales process Exposure to the security industry, finance sector or another software security related sector (Desirable) The opportunity on this particular occasion cannot be overstated.
