Account Manager Job Description About the Company : At Kimberly-Clark we have an opportunity to search for an Account Manager to join the Aged Care Team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager this is a permanent, full time position looking after Brisbane and some regional areas . About the Role: To succeed, the Account Manager will utilise strong communication and presentation skills to train and advise key influencers and purchasers within Residential Care, Community and Hospital facilities with product education of DependÂ® and PoiseÂ®.
This person will implement agreed plans and strategies to ensure both the Divisionâ€™s and Stateâ€™s profit and volume objectives are achieved. We are searching for an individual who has a willingness to develop their skill set in sales and utilise their medical background to further develop their experience of working with systems & products to help facilities, staff & individuals dealing with continence. A person who has a strong ability to successfully build collaborative working relationships with their customers within Aged Care & the wider community will be successful in this role.
Priorities & Responsibilities: Achieve agreed targets by generating sales from new and existing accounts in Aged Care, Hospital and Community services Contact major end purchasers regularly to ensure maximum penetration of Kimberly-Clarkâ€™s products. Promote, maintain and develop business within the territory Establish and maintain accurate customer records through the use of approved computer-based business tools. Provide feedback on market intelligence, products, customers and new business opportunities to assist tactical and strategic marketing plans which support business strategies.
Through the use of strategic negotiation and excellent customer service skills you will ensure Aged Care, Hospital, Community and non-clinical staff see you as their indispensable partner.
