Undergoing a major growth transition due to ongoing success, the company is now looking to bring on a dedicated CRM specialist with a brief to drive all consumer engagement across email channels. You will be stepping into a highly collaborative and dynamic environment within the wider marketing team. Your role will be customer acquisition & conversions focused, where your day to day will involve segmentation, automation, trigger campaigns, content writing, as well as being the subject matter expert and taking on ownership of the CRM and Automation platforms.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about joining a consumer-centric & scale-up corporate environment. You will ideally have 3-5 years experience, and a background in financial services or broad B2C industry. You will be keen to transition your CRM, email/database marketing (Salesforce) and automation (Pardot) skillsets to a fast growth environment where you will be taking on ownership & responsibility of various engagement channels.
