Director of APAC Sales
We are seeking an experienced Sales executive to lead our growth in the APAC region. Based in our Sydney office the Director of APAC will play a key role in new MSP partner (customer) acquisition and existing partner growth. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this person will lead all Sales efforts and initiatives in the APAC market, playing an integral role in helping to drive the revenue growth of our company and in helping our partners to grow their business through the use of our products and solutions.
The Director of APAC is expected to lead, manage and develop a regional team of Sales and Technical account managers. The right person for this critical and highly visible role will be a self-motivated results-oriented individual, who has a successful previous track record as a sales professional and business leader. The right person will also thrive in a fast paced and growth-oriented environment.
General manager of the overall office in Sydney, and other potential offices across the region. Proven track record of leading teams to achieve revenue targets Develop and drive programs to increase revenue through new partner acquisition and across Continuumâ€™s existing APAC partner base Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives and business owners Manage and lead new partner Acquisition â€“ working with marketing and lead generation teams Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Direct and oversee Continuumâ€™s APAC sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Mentor and coach the entire team, including Sales and technical account managers Work effectively and collaboratively with other company departments to ensure that we are in synch on key items and actions. Work with Marketing on full partner lifecycle from lead to CLV; campaigns, product launches, etc.
Working with Finance on quotas, comp plans, forecasting, budgeting, incentives, contests, etc. Will require travel, including international travel up to 50% A proven strong leadership background, leading sales, technical sales and partners. Proven track record of leading teams to achieve revenue targets Proven track record of success in APAC MSP & Channel Background preferred Excellent customer-facing skills, including verbal and written communications skills Enthusiastic individual with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Utilize & improve adoption of the companies CRM application (SalesForce.
com) Experience in selling Remote Monitoring & Management / Backup Disaster & Recovery and Security is an advantage Experience and success in selling in a business to business software sales environment Experience selling Security software and understanding the Security landscape is beneficial Proven ability to develop channel partners and resellers..
