ESG Australia/NZ Marketing and Branding Lead
ISS ESG is looking for a new team member in Canberra to be our Australian and New Zealand Marketing and Branding Lead. Through this role you will help us to promote our activities in environmental, social and governance (ESG) research to institutional investors. You will build strong branding and lead generation programs for all ISS offerings, across our local and global ESG solutions range within Australia and New Zealand.
This includes inbound, outbound, nurturing, digital marketing, events, advertising, email, and content. You will also establish clear and relevant cross-department branding and marketing goals and metrics. As part of this you will be the gatekeeper of our ESG solutions branding elements in Australia and New Zealand, and a critical voice in overall branding globally within the global marketing team.
To continually identify new ways to reach our desired target audience you will work with the Head of ESG Australia and New Zealand, and also collaborate closely with other members of the ISS organisation such as Sales, Advisory, and Client Services. With almost 20 yearsâ€™ experience in the local market, the Canberra office of ISS ESG offers a vibrant and well established working environment, including some of the most experienced RI professionals in the industry. Responsibilities: 1) Publication, promotion and dissemination of research & research outcomes (30%) Maintain and assemble information for newsletters, client updates and thought leadership. Assist with preparation, editing and distribution of promotional material describing research and research outcomes to the market and potential clients.
Assist with preparation and distribution of materials to reach out to clients, potential clients, rated companies and broader stakeholders. Planning and management of proprietary events to disseminate research outcomes and reports in the responsible investment marketplace. Manage presence at industry events and trade shows.
2) Branding and marketing (30%) Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel branding and lead gen marketing programs including email, content marketing, search and social advertising. Work with the global Marketing Team to maintain and manage branding elements (logos, naming conventions, etc). for ISS ESG Australia and New Zealand.
