Senior Channel Partner Marketing Manager

The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join us in North Sydney, Australia. In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership for the development and implementation of the joint go-to-market strategies for the key mid-market and channel segments to generate demand, increase revenue, and build brand awareness of Red Hat’s solutions. You'll need excellent planning, project management, implementation, and communication skills, as well as demonstrated experience working with agencies and cross-functional marketing and channel teams to identify channel and partner marketing initiatives that align to and achieve sales outcomes via all indirect routes to market.

Take end-to-end ownership of joint marketing strategies, programs, events, and campaigns that generate demand, increase revenue, and build brand awareness for Red Hat’s solutions through and with channels, partners, and alliances across various routes to market Develop and carry out joint marketing plans and initiatives through and in partnership with channels, partners, and alliances aligned with regional objectives to achieve business and revenue growth targets Work closely with the Australian and New Zealand Partner and Alliances Sales team to develop and implement strategies and campaigns to generate demand and expand market share In cooperation with appropriate agencies, take responsibility for the end-to-end planning and organization of any channel partner-led trade shows or exhibitions, and Red Hat-led events including Red Hat Forum sponsorship and Red Hat Partner Conference Ensure that all partner campaigns adhere to Red Hat’s brand standards across all of the communication channels Manage and optimise the market development funds (MDF) by tracking availability and utilization of funds, ensuring that they adhere to and comply with the budget management, and most importantly by tracking the success of the programs using the funds Analyse results, metrics, and reports to determine effectiveness of program activities Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes 7-10 years of relevant business-to-business (B2B) work experience in channel partner marketing in high-technology companies; software or solutions-focused experience is a plus Solid understanding of and experience with business and marketing management with and through the partners and alliances Accomplished range of skills from high-level strategic thi.
