Your Success is Our Success. The Opportunity: An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Representative/Parts Coordinator to join our Kalgoorlie Branch.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the purpose of this position is to interpret, process and expedite parts for both internal and external customers for all product lines marketed by Komatsu Australia, in Construction and Mining. This position will assist with all queries regarding parts sales, orders and deliveries; ensuring the branch meets the operational standards set by Komatsu’s Customer Support Charter. The person we're looking for is a talented individual who is a strategic thinker; a solution orientated person with excellent people and problem solving skills.

The role: The successful individual for this position will ideally be conversant in Komatsu's range of products and services and will work enthusiastically to actively provide assistance to both internal and external customers with all queries regarding parts sales, orders and deliveries, ensuring the Customer Support Centre meets the operational standards set by Komatsu and the CSC (Customer Support Charter). The knowledge, skills and abilities we’re looking for: Experience or a strong background in machinery as a Customer Support Representative (CSR), Parts Interpreter or in another comparable position Prior experience in the earth moving industry and a strong mechanical aptitude Trade qualification will be highly regarded Strong customer service skills; with a proactive approach in identifying opportunities Ability to upsell parts and potential service sales Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships Ability to work under pressure at times and independently Efficiently work within Microsoft Office Suite software. Current driver's licence.
