The Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and Team Leaders (3IC) will be expected to lead from the front, inspire success in all areas of people management and store management. In addition to the frontline management roles, we are also looking for Stockroom Specialists. _______________________________________________ Store Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience • Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment • Conducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance • Maintaining VM and store presentation to adidas standards.

REQUIREMENTS: • To be successful in your application, you will have enjoyed a high level of success in a similar position; consistently achieving budgeted sales and all net margin/operating overheads/operating profit KPI’s. • You will be able to effectively communicate all the key financial budgets and actuals and the quarterly plans and priorities that will deliver financial risks and opportunities. • You will understand how to maintain appropriate quantity and quality of inventory to drive the achievement of financial and brand objectives, display leadership qualities that represent the benchmark to which the entire adidas store team operates and establish targets and manage performance in all operational KPI’s accordingly.
