The Company Our client is a small business with some larget clients providing some essential technial services to a wide range of corporate businesses. Recently an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Coordiantor to joine their team. The Role Reporting to the Service Manager your duties will include but not be limited to: Dispatch all ad-hock service requests received from customers and coordinate to completion with company employees and contractors on a national basis Track all service requests in accordance to the customer required timelines including contracted SLA's and KPI's Coordinate and track SLA attendances and timelines, record all workflow Collate all service documentation and invoices on a month by month basis check and enter costing for end of month reports Produce all monthly service SLA and invoice reports for submission to customers and liaise with all contractors, employees and others to enable completion Data entry of all service and install works and liaise with other department managers and project managers for any company data entry requirements The Candidate Previous Service Coorindator experience in a trade or technical environment Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal High level of attention to detail and problem solving abilities Must have a strong background in help desk, trade coordination and service reporting This role is a permanent full time position, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm To apply online please click on the apply link and send your resume in WORD format.
