Multi-station chef in a Busy Production Kitchen
Duties Prepares all food items as directed obeying food safety policies and timely manner. Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by chef and managers Cleans and maintains cook areas in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills. Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
Ensure quality and safety of food by performing standard and any additional sanitary measures including sweeping of the floors, cleaning of surfaces, as well as proper covering and storage of food items according to standards and procedures. Stay productive at all times and prepare for future needs as time allows. Follow proper reporting procedures for accidents and incidents to ensure follow-up and prevention.
Perform tasks that help to maintain the kitchens work areas, equipment and utensils orderly and clean. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times Adhere to all regulations including HACCP and fire safety. Perform other related duties as required.
