At Goodstart Huntingdale we cater for children from six weeks to five years of age, as well as offering before and after school care to children attending Huntingdale Primary School. We currently have 135 families attending our service from a range of different cultural backgrounds, including Indian, Chinese, German, and others. R ole Requir ements Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved) Hold a current First Aid qualification Hold a valid WWCC Hold an up to date Professional Teachers Registration Role Overview/ Responsibilities Full time permanent role Assess childrenâ€™s learning and development and apply pedagogical expertise to inform curriculum decisions Champion positive and meaningful relationships with children Maintain and apply expert knowledge of the National Quality Framework Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program Model effective application of pedagogy in teaching practice Contribute to a professional and positive work culture The Benefits Comprehensive induction and training programme Professional pedagogical and operational centre support teams to assist you in providing high quality educational programs.
