Preschool Early Childhood Teacher Come and join our fantastic team at Goodstart Berry Street, North Sydney We’re looking for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to develop programs and practices that are responsive to our children’s needs and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard. We believe that children learn through play, and are no longer sitting in large groups discussing colours and letters. We use the interests of the children to extend on their knowledge and help them to learn from there through play, technology, and books to investigate all their questions and aiming to answer every one of them Our surprisingly large outdoor playground stretches across the large balcony up on the third level of our building, with a smaller enclosed yard to allow our nursery children the opportunity to explore and participate in spontaneous and planned activities.
We have a large sandpit and a variety of experiences to extend each individuals interest and skills. At Goodstart North Sydney Berry Street we have a strong sense of community and we strive to implement a high quality program following National Quality standards.
