We have a new and exciting opportunity for a true leader in the Early Childhood Education sector to join our state based team in Perth, overseeing the practice uplift for our Western Australian centres. This is a brand new role and a fantastic opportunity for you to make your mark in the sector. As the Head of Practice Improvement – Early Years you will ensure that the Practice Improvement Team are sufficiently equipped and capable to support centres quality practice uplift journey in line with the NQS and EYLF.

You will hold a minimum of a Bachelor of Education – Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent, with a background in pedagogical and strategic leadership. Full-time or Part-time, flexible working arrangements - job share possibilities available.
