Weâ€™re looking for an enthusiastic Teacher to develop programs and practices that are responsive to our childrenâ€™s needs and aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard. Goodstart Early Learning Kalamunda is a warm and friendly child care centre, nestled in the hills away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still conveniently close to local schools and shops as well as community services.
We are licensed for 68 children and have three rooms. Nursery catering for children ages six weeks to two years old, Toddler catering for children aged two years to three years old, a 3 year old kindy room and Kindergarten catering for children aged three years to 4 years. All of our rooms are set up in line with an Early Years Learning Framework, with colourful, stimulating surrounds.
This ensures the children have the chance to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning; and we are focused on ensuring the children are ready to take that all important step up to school. Outside, we have age appropriate play spaces and equipment, all geared to enhance the childrenâ€™s awareness of their surrounds and the greater environment, as well as their understanding of the importance of sustainability.
