Marketing and Client Service Lead


Top opportunity to be part of a success story. High performing boutique investment manager. Leverage your digital marketing skills and customer focus This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic boutique equities investment manager with a presence in both Australia and the US.

As the marketing and client service lead, this role will support the COO in driving customer awareness, engagement and advocacy across a range of customer segments. The purpose of this role is to enhance and optimise the customer experience to deliver on business objectives. The main elements of this role are driving awareness, lead generation, both nurturing and conversion out to HNW and retail.

Key activities will be working with the customer relationship management system (Salesforce), the marketing automation system (Pardot) and the content management system (CMS). In addition, and to keep aligned with the customer experience, the role will from to time, respond to inbound customer queries via telephone or email. Requirements: Is data driven and has demonstrable experience of utilising data to drive business decision making.

Has experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce), web analytics (preferably knowledge of HTML) and marketing automation (preferably Pardot). Have experience working within Excel and Powerpoint. Has a strong bias for action and follow through.

Is a highly motivated self-starter, able to manage several projects and work under pressure. Has the ability to multi-task and/or manage frequent interruptions Possesses strong interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with others Has a passion for the customer and experience working in customer focussed roles in a marketing and/or customer service capacity. Is thorough and has strong attention to detail.

Has ability to respond positively to feedback. Is organised and manages their time efficiently. Has active listening skills.

Is passionate about everything digital. This role will also be responsible for planning 2 annual client roadshows but previous event planning experience is not required. Your Background: Relevant University degree.

Professional in style and customer focussed. A knowledge of the industry, i.e investments, asset classes, etc.
