Hybrid Customer Engagement & Acquisitions (CRM, eDMs, CX, Automation, Segmentation) The business is a multi award winning, fast growing B2C financial services disruptor brand. Undergoing a major growth transition due to ongoing success, the company is now looking to bring on a dedicated Customer Journey Specialist with a brief to drive customer acquisition channels through engagement via various marketing & digital channels.
You will be stepping into a highly collaborative and dynamic environment within the wider marketing team. Your role will be customer acquisition & conversions focused, where your day to day will involve hands on segmentation, automation, trigger campaigns, content writing/copywriting, as well as being the subject matter expert and taking on ownership of the CRM and Automation platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about joining a consumer-centric & scale-up corporate environment.
You will ideally have 3-5 years experience, and a background in financial services or broad B2C industry. You will be keen to transition your conversions, CRM, eDM & email/database marketing (Salesforce), marketing automation (Pardot) skillsets to a fast growth environment where you will be taking on ownership & responsibility of various engagement channels.
