$120,000-$150,000 First Year OTE World-renowned product with a lifetime warranty A vibrant and progressive organisation Company My client is a US-based, high-end furniture supplier that has a globally renowned product and has already established itself as a leader in Australia. This role is critical for the continual growth and development of the company’s expansion plans. They continue to introduce new and innovative products to gain further market share within Australia as well as branching into new markets overseas to grow the brand internationally.

My client is well known within the high-end furniture industry and their product is used by some of the most prestigious hotel chains, high-end residential and hospitality places worldwide. Role As the Residential Sales Manager your primary responsibility is to oversee a team of 3 and ensure that the operation in Sydney is run smoothly and efficiently. You will report directly to the Asia Pacific Sales Director and the right candidate will be well-experienced in sales and management and will ideally have a strong grasp on the residential A&D market in Australia.

They have spent the last few years establishing themselves as a market leader within the high-end furniture space. My client is looking for this critical hire to take them to the next level, so experience with establishing and growing a brands presence previously is also essential. You will be representing the brand at the highest level within Australia.

You may be expected to travel interstate when needed and will be constantly seeking new ways to generate customers and repeat business. You will have a lot of autonomy in this position and the opportunity to make your mark in the high-end Furniture space here in Australia. You will be flown to the USA for your company induction and be the face of the company in Australia.

Skills & Experience We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills and experience: Sales and/or Showroom Management experience is essential (3 Years) Experience in the daily operations of a showroom Understanding of Operations and Logistics is highly desired but not essential An eye for detail and the ability to layout a world-class showroom Contacts within the Australian residential A&D community is highly desired but not essential Knowledge of and passion for providing high-end design solutions Experience in the Australian furniture industry is highly desired but not essential Proven track record in sales/customer service and overachieving on expectations Happy to work on Saturdays when required A good understanding of the construction industry in general Industry relevant qualifications will be highly regarded A high degree of energy, self-motivation and desire to be rewarded with your hard efforts Stable track record of employment and desire to move into a long term career role In return, they can offer you a stable, friendly team environment to work in. The salary package is negotiable based.
